How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes approximately 7-10 days. We are not Amazon Prime with 2 day shipping. Shirts are printed as your order comes in so the process takes a bit longer.

Tracking numbers.

An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been confirmed. Usually 3-4 business days

I have not received my order yet.

Please wait 3-4 business days to receive your tracking number. If you have not yet received it via email (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number. Keep in mind that the tracking number may not update until after delivery. If it has been over 2 weeks since you received the tracking number for your U.S. order or over 5 weeks for you international order please contact us info@endlessadventuresco.com

I made a mistake on my order.

First, check your confirmation email for updating your information. Second, you can email us at info@endlessadventuresco.com as soon as possible before your shirt is entered for production.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status by using your confirmation email with the tracking number

What is your return/exchange policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any unwashed and unworn item for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover American Express, and PayPal. Unfortunately, we can not accept checks, cash, or money order.

Why was I charged sales tax?

Endless Adventurers has to charge sales tax in California as we are a physically located in that state.

Why are you not replying to my emails?

Please check your spam box as we answer all emails within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays).

Who designs the shirts?

The creative process starts with the an idea where we develop in collaboration with our graphic designer.
